Although we strive hard not to overlook anything in preparation for the move into your new home, sometimes issues may develop later or become more visible after you’ve settled in. Should this be the case, address your concerns within 90-days using the Warranty Request Form below.

Important Notice: If you have an emergency condition with your home that presents an imminent danger of harm to persons or damage to property, you should immediately contact emergency service personnel (e.g. fire department) or the utility provider (e.g. gas company, electric company, etc.) as appropriate. Review the warranty service guidelines provided to you at closing for contact information for emergency service personnel and utility providers in your area.

We, the owners of the above referenced home, hereby declare that we have carefully inspected the home and understand that a “90-Day Warranty Request” may be submitted no more than one (1) time. Those items noted above make up the complete list of items that we would like to have addressed. It is further understood that this agreement does not modify, alter, or amend the 2-10 Home Buyers Guarantee.

Note: Affinity Homes will not address nail pops, paint touch ups and caulking, as these items are routine homeowner maintenance. Please also note that you may schedule warrantable drywall repairs one (1) time after closing. It is recommended that you wait to schedule such repairs late in the first year.
